Hello! It has been a long time since my last blog! So much has been happening. Josh and I attended our dance classes--West Coast Swing! We enjoyed it very much, we have a lot of work to do if we want to keep it up. Josh impressed himself with his fabulous dance moves. We enjoyed spending the time together and meeting new people.

I have been working with a hair stylist for the wedding and trying out make-up. I also tried spray on tan for the first time! All this pampering, and with the Bachelorette party coming soon, I am going to be enjoying a wonderful massage, relax, shop, and have fun!

I received the shower invites for the shower "Jan Girls" are throwing for me, and they are so adorable! I am very touched that Jan's sisters are throwing me a shower! I am so touched by their generousity and love. I am so lucky to be marrying into such a wonderful family, and to be surrounded by so many wonderful family and friends. I am enjoying all of this! Shopping for more wedding favors, bridal party gifts, and fun wedding things!

Jan has been looking at dresses and picked out her final mother-of-the groom dress and it is so beautiful, it is the perfect dress for her! She just glows when she puts it on. Mom and I went to Chiacgo this week to pick up the girls bridesmaid dresses. They are beautiful! Jordan tried hers on, and she looked so gorgeous! We decided on the shoes, and I found purses for the girls--they are adorable! Jordan agreed. I got to try my dress on, and I am loving my dress more and more! I cannot wait for the wedding so I can wear it. It's hard to leave it in Chicago, I want to run out the door with it on! We ordered another veil, for the long church isle, and it is so beautiful! We are excited for everyone to see it. We gave the shop my shoes to be died, and picked up my head dress to try on with my second hair trial run. We also ran into Tammie and Savannah, by accident. We didn't think we were going to be able to see them, and then we ran into them while we were at the bridal shop, and they were going to visit the puppies at the puppy store!

Then, mom and I moved onto Oakbrook, where we looked for a dress for her. She already has one, but we like to explore other options. We were also looking for jewelry for her. We found an adorable dress for mom for the rehearsal dinner! She is very excited about it. It is fun and festive, but not too dressy. It's perfect! It's definently the dress for her. We had to rush home so Josh and I could attend dance lessons. After dance class, mom tried her mother-of-the-bride dress on for me, and she looks so beautiful! It's the perfect dress for her. I cannot wait for everyone to see her in it.

We received the mock-ups for the wedding ivitations from Cally, and they are so beautiful. Wait till you see them! We are all very excited about them, and hope to get then out to all of you soon.

Jordan is off to Butler, and I am going to miss her terribly! I love you Jordan. Be good, and take care of yourself. Have fun, I will see you at the shower.

James and Cameron are home, and we are all so excited! Congratulations Rachael, John, and Lydia! We are so happy for you! I know Ella will be joining us soon. I can't wait for everything!

Tuesday is a big day! Mom and I have a second appointment with the florist, a second meeting with Carl from B.C.C., a second appointment with the hair and make-up stylist, and our dinner tasting at B.C.C., with the Garretts! I am excited to try all the food!

I have created this blog to keep everyone informed on the details of the upcoming wedding, October 20, 2007! It's coming fast and we are all getting so excited! I ordered some of the wedding favors, and am eagerly awaiting their arrival. Yesterday afternoon, I met with Cally to make a final adjustment to the wedding invitations, and we are both really excited about how they are going to turn out! They are going to a beautiful bronze, and really tie in the wedding colors and the colors of fall! We should be getting the stock in sometime this week, and Cally is going to get started putting them together. We will be sending the envelopes to the Calligrapher to get addressed, and hopefully we can get them out to you all as soon as possible! My mom and I are planning a trip to Chicago soon to visit Tammie and Savannah, and try my dress on! I am so excited! I just received my shower invites from "Lynda's girls," and they are adorable! I am very excited about the shower, and I hope I will see everyone there! I am so grateful and touched by all the work these ladies have done to help honor me and the upcoming wedding! Thank you ladies, I am so very honored! I will keep you all updated! Each day it gets closer, I just want to scream, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!
